- To conduct market research on competitors’ performance/activity and pricing.
- To implement and support sales & pre-sales activities to meet the assigned sales target.
- To increase customer base by prospecting and creating new business opportunities. Visualize the pipeline in GX-CRM.
- To propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To engage in assigned accounts by giving real-time support, regular customer visits to meet customers’ business needs.
