Account Manager (Client Solutions – EOR)

Location: Fully Remote (Philippines)

Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships across Employer of Record (EOR) services. Acting as the primary point of contact post-sales, this role ensures a smooth transition from recruitment and onboarding through to ongoing client satisfaction, compliance, and operational performance.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in client solutions, account management, or EOR/HR services who can confidently manage multiple client accounts while maintaining a high standard of service. The Account Manager will work closely with Client Success, Recruitment, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to deliver a consistent, relationship-driven client experience.
