Key Accountabilities / Job Responsibilities
- Execute market and account development programs to achieve sales and product growth targets
- Develop new customers and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory
- Act as the primary customer interface, building strong, long-term business relationships
- Implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close sales for assigned product lines
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and development targets; address gaps proactively
- Manage customer issues, complaints, and credit matters in coordination with internal teams
- Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, visit reports, and CRM documentation
Qualifications / Requirements
- University degree in Business, Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial or related environment
