Key Accountabilities / Job Responsibilities

  • Execute market and account development programs to achieve sales and product growth targets
  • Develop new customers and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory
  • Act as the primary customer interface, building strong, long-term business relationships
  • Implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close sales for assigned product lines
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and development targets; address gaps proactively
  • Manage customer issues, complaints, and credit matters in coordination with internal teams
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, visit reports, and CRM documentation

Qualifications / Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial or related environment
