Job Overview
This is not a typical business development role. You will be the architect of our client's supply chain—capital. You will be responsible for two key sides of the business:
- The Supply Side: Identifying and securing institutional lending partners and financial institutions who fund the loans.
- The Distribution Side: Managing and nurturing relationships with the mortgage providers and loan brokers who are onboarded by our outbound sales team to submit deals.
You will act as the critical bridge between the company's high-volume sales engine and the external partners (both funders and brokers). Your ability to structure win-win partnerships and ensure seamless operational flow will directly impact the company's ability to maintain its industry-leading turnaround times and continue its upward trajectory.
