Account Manager

Job Summary:

This dual-function role includes full responsibility for accounting, statutory compliance, legal liaising, factory HR administration, and EHS/EMS adherence (excluding production/operations). Candidates with B.Com (Hons)/LLB/MLW/CS and 17+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping, Voucher entries and Reconciliations on a Daily Basis.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime & Accounting ERPs.
• GST Returns and TDS Returns; timely tax payments
• Finalisation of accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Bank, vendor, debtor, and inter-company reconciliations
• Inventory accounting in coordination with stores/dispatch/production
• Ensuring internal controls, adherence to accounting policies, and audit readiness
