Job Description Summary
This position is directly responsible for the day-to-day management of customer account. The individual will primarily manage current business between Drivetrain & Morse Systems and the customer account, keeping a focus on competitiveness with the intent of nurturing future growth opportunities.
+ The Account Manager will serve as the commercial liaison between Drivetrain & Morse Systems and the local customer account. The primary focus for the position is to ensure continuity of existing business and that communication is thorough and distributed to appropriate departments in the Drivetrain & Morse Systems organization.
+ Commercial Issues Management - the Account Manager will need to manage/resolve all local commercial issues related, including but not limited to quotation, pricing, packaging, logistics, tooling, accounts receivable and purchase orders for production and prototype business.
