Job Description

The Sales Trainer will have the following responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to maximize sales and brand visibility.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and gaps and boost sell‑out performance.

  • Drive commercial momentum during key periods.

  • Conduct analytical reviews and audits of market trends, competition, and business performance.

  • Bring strong commercial skills combined with genuine passion for watches and product knowledge.






  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales position

  • Knowledge of Luxury sector

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory
