Job Description
The Sales Trainer will have the following responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and gaps and boost sell‑out performance.
- Drive commercial momentum during key periods.
- Conduct analytical reviews and audits of market trends, competition, and business performance.
- Bring strong commercial skills combined with genuine passion for watches and product knowledge.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales position
- Knowledge of Luxury sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory
