Overview
The Account Manager's core mission is to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients, act as the main communication bridge between QTech and operators, and drive client growth and revenue through effective use of QTech's gaming platform and services.
They function as a business partner to clients, ensuring product adoption, gathering market feedback, and contributing to product and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary contact between clients and QTech for all matters.
Identify new revenue or business opportunities within existing accounts.
Analyze client feedback, product requests, and KPIs, then relay insights to internal teams.
Forecast, track, and report performance metrics to support growth.
Propose commercial incentives or upsell strategies to expand usage.
Manage critical escalations and issue resolution between client and company.
