Full‑time, permanent role located in Vancouver. Reports to the Assistant Branch Manager. Provide trusted, relationship‑based financial advice to members.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally respectful, high‑touch service aligned with Indigenous values.
- Provide comprehensive, relationship‑based financial advice to assigned and unassigned members.
- Build and maintain member portfolios through needs‑based conversations and best‑advice solutions.
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services (lending, mortgages, deposits).
- Recognize opportunities and make referrals to specialized teams (Wealth Management, Wealth Protection, Business Banking).
- Meet performance objectives contributing to branch and organizational profitability.
