HVAC Install Coordinator

You’ll be the connection point between Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Installation, and the customer—ensuring every project is set up for success before installation day arrives.

Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and solve problems proactively directly impacts customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and company growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Building complete and accurate installation job packets
  • Ordering materials and equipment for installation projects
  • Verifying equipment accuracy upon arrival and ensuring proper staging
  • Coordinating schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials with Install Managers and Sales Teams
  • Securing permits and ensuring compliance with local jurisdictions
  • Creating invoices, job costing, and project documentation within ServiceTitan
