**Job Overview:**
APTIM's Energy Transition is seeking an experienced **Account Manager** . This position is based in North Carolina and serves as a primary conduit to the market providing education and collaboration to stakeholders on behalf of the HOMES/HEAR program. APTIM's role is to develop and manage Home Energy Rebates created through the Inflation Reduction Act including the Home Efficiency Rebate Program (HOMES) and the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate Program (HEAR). The **Account Manager** will be responsible for networking with customers and stakeholders to drive program performance and goal attainment. Residential program knowledge and technical expertise in energy efficiency and electrification is required. This role will report to the Program Manager.
