WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The functions will be:

  • Selling and promoting Mammoet’s services and expertise to enhance and strengthen our expanding East Coast operations
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships whilst providing tailored solutions
  • Providing pro-active communication and support to clients and delivering exceptional service
  • Proactively troubleshooting customer issues in line with the contract and internal standards whilst minimizing disruptions and maintaining customer satisfaction
