Scale Up Search is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our team in the heart of Harrogate. This role will be generating the long-term candidate pipeline for an established client.

You will be taking responsibility for an established account with a high-growth consumer goods client. Your focus will be on strengthening the relationship, understanding its hiring plans and delivering consistently strong recruitment outcomes across multiple assignments.

• Manage and develop candidate relationships in respect to active roles.
• Lead recruitment assignments from briefing through to placement.
• Headhunt and engage high-quality candidates.
