Account Manager

The objective of the Account Manager is to execute key customer fulfillment and support activities to meet the needs of clients and customers, working directly with the Operations Team.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as main point of contact for clients.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records on Salesforce CRM and other platforms.
  • Order fulfillment administration.
  • Basic customer communication for initial technical support and general inquiries.
  • First‑tier sales support, liaising with Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives as required.
  • Additional reporting, administration and tracking activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Results‑oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and all basic MS Office programs.
