Job Description :

•Industry : Garment •Ensure all costing of product is accurate and achieve the set profitability target. •Work with customer on capacity reservation and planning department which regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmation. •Update and reply customer /supplier queries - email •Handling Costing worksheets •Communicate to customers on costing and daily issues •Handling internal team and suppliers on daily issues •Manage customer relationship and achieve customer's expectations •Manage merchandising team effectively to ensure materials meeting respective PCD •Recruit competent staff and identify training needs individual •Intervening and resolving quality / shipment issues •Work with customer to resolve bulk rejection, extension, complains.
