Account Manager, Commercial Insurance

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance to join our BrokerLink team! As an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance, you’ll work closely with and support an Account Executive with all things related to commercial insurance and their book of business. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional tasks—helping you build strong relationships with your Account Executive and support your career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with prompt service by offering advice, helping customers understand insurance, and discussing customer concerns.
• Receive and process all incoming commercial paperwork.
• Assist with quotes to customers, write new business, review existing coverage, and update customer file information.
• Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for new clients, and issue insurance certificates.
