Experience: 3–5 years in Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
