About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for new sales, customer engagement activities. You will build relationships with our customers to identify future opportunities and successfully negotiate and close deals. You will highlight risks and opportunities to the business and shape the use of data-driven decision making.

The Clinical Solutions Account Manager (Thailand & Vietnam) will be a key member of the SEA team helping to drive growth for our Health business in the region. The major focus area will be New Business generation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive growth in our electronic sales business in Thailand & Vietnam via new customer acquisition for our portfolio of e-Sales products (e.g. ClinicalKey Physician, ClinicalKey AI, ClinicalKey Nursing, ClinicalKey Student, Amirsys, Complete Anatomy, Osmosis), across the academic (i.e. medical and nursing schools) and clinical (i.e. hospitals, clinics) market segments
