Account Manager

Overview

Esri Canada has an exceptional opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Ontario Sales department. Reporting to the District Manager, the person in this role will provide a successful and beneficial customer facing relationship for Esri Canada, supporting key customers in the Provincial Government sector. Esri Canada Account Managers execute business development activities and focus on selling solutions including software, professional services, and training; Account Managers are customer advocates, working across the organization to ensure their needs are understood and satisfied. They build and manage customer relationships, collect information, handle complaints, collect and analyze data and help to improve the overall customer experience, ensuring that company offerings meet the individual customer needs. This role will be fully remote based anywhere in Ontario.
