This role serves as the primary point of contact for builder clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional customer service, seamless project coordination, and long-term client retention. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys building strong professional relationships, and has the organizational skills to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
