Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management: Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with regional distributor partners, ensuring alignment with Tek's objectives and driving joint business plans for growth.
- Territory Account Development: Actively manage designated regional accounts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding Tek's footprint across target markets.
- Sales Enablement and Support: Provide training, resources, and guidance to distributor sales teams, equipping them to effectively promote and sell Tek's solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform channel strategy and maximize market share.
