Job Overview

CORPAY is currently seeking 2 experienced senior customer service representatives to join our Customer Experience division as Account Managers. This position falls under our international fuels line of business and is based in the Ellerslie office.

In this role, your key purpose will be maximizing customer retention by working with early‑life customers and partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will do this by understanding customer needs, measuring satisfaction, and delivering industry‑leading service and solutions to meet those needs.

The yearly salary is $65,000 plus a monthly target incentive, and the working hours are Monday through Friday from 11am to 7pm.

You will report directly to the SME Manager and regularly collaborate with the sales, product, credit and marketing teams.
