We run a performance-based lead generation business delivering qualified leads to B2B clients. CPL and CPA pricing. 30+ active accounts.
The business works, but we have a structural problem: No one owns client relationships.
Client communication gets handled reactively. Returns get processed but we're not catching dissatisfaction early. Disputes get resolved but not in ways that build trust or protect margin. The CEO still gets pulled into every escalation and closes every expansion conversation.
If you've managed client retention and churn prevention in a B2B services business where clients pay for results, and you've inherited troubled accounts and turned them around before they canceled, this role is for you.
