JOB ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive strategic account growth and customer success for Africa Region. The ideal candidate will combine enterprise sales acumen with account management expertise, owning end-to-end client relationships — from lead generation and acquisition to delivery oversight, renewals, and expansion.
This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and value realization, while achieving revenue growth and account profitability targets.
JOB RESPONSBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for Nucleus's products and services (e.g., FinnOne Neo, FinnAxia, IT Services).
• Generate and manage a robust pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to meet revenue targets (USD 2M annual target or as defined).
• Execute the complete sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure....
