To perform the coordinating role and focus on specific designated customers of the company and take ownership.To participate in customer service reviews, customers satisfaction surveys and making analysis for the designated customers and for Account Management department.To proactively providing administrative assistance to the Account Management department.To handle designated customer inquiries.To work closely with the account managers to uncover customer requirements, qualify opportunities and propose the right solution.To work together with the customer account managers to safeguard strategic relationships with the designated key accounts.To review and implement process improvement where applicable.To be responsible for special projects as deemed necessary by the managementQualifications
