Account Handler

The role

We’re now looking for a motivated Commercial Account Handler, to join the team at NCinsurance, which are a part of the Jensten Group. You’ll be based at our Gateshead office, and we offer hybrid working options once settled into the role. Reporting to the Account Director, the main purpose of the role is to focus on our Commercial Insurance book of business which is mainly made up of SME sized clients, working on renewals and also maximising opportunities. Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:

• To understand client’s business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance.

• Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure renewal and/or new business.
