Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties: quality assurance checks and oversight of CRM (Salesforce), trafficking and reporting inputs.
  • Support the Account Coordinator with management of tools and systems.
  • Pre‑campaign management: checklist management, creative and pixel collection, ensuring all internal functions are set up properly for launch.
  • Manage clear communication with third parties (e.g., BLS and measurement partners).
  • Ensure proper implementation of product requirements, troubleshoot creative testing.
  • Amend campaign setups to meet agreed‑upon reporting and insight delivery.
