Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is essential in supporting clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with the company’s platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for being a subject matter expert in both the platform itself and the rules and guidelines that govern it. This role involves engaging with executive clients and is a client-facing role with customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, in‑platform messaging, and email. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment. This is a fully on‑site position, five days a week.
