Account Executive

- Familiar with MYOB / Financio account software . -Prepare AP/AR Aging fortnightly. -Prepare staff 's salary & claims. -Prepare Fixed assets schedule . -Manage & Record day-to-day daily financial transaction . -Prepare supplier's payment according to payment terms. -Provide regular updates to management on financial performance . -Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identity any discrepancies . -Prepare and analyze financial reports , including balance sheet , income statement and cash flow statement . -Prepare statutory filling for GST, submit IR21 & IR8A . -Work with auditors/ tax agents to ensure a smooth audit process& tax filing .
