Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of full set accounts including minority management report with analysis report, required schedules, cash flow planning, bank reconciliation and inter‑company reconciliation.
  • Responsible for handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filing, tax queries, tax audit and tax payment.
  • Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements audit schedules and attend auditors’ queries.
  • Identify report and resolve accounting related operating issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
  • Attend information request from bankers, customers, vendors and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor payment to creditors and debtors collection report which include analysing ageing report, enforcing credit control, prompting necessary actions to collect or settle the long debts.
