Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to grow and manage a Personal insurance book of business, maintaining a sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Ensuring clients have the necessary coverage in place, quoting and binding coverage, and cross‑ and up‑selling additional coverage where possible
- Selling brokerage services to achieve target revenue and activity quotas
- Conducting regular review meetings with existing clients to service and identify opportunities for new prospecting activities
- Maintaining a highly technical and service‑oriented relationship with clients & underwriters
- Developing and maintaining relationships with insurers to ensure clients receive favourable pricing and claims handling and to develop new products
