Account Executive

Sales Support

  • Pitch & Material Prep: Support the creation of credentials decks, case studies, and pitch materials, including sending quotes and decks to clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, qualifying leads and scheduling intro meetings with the appropriate team members.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain the accuracy of lead tracking across relevant systems and assist in basic quote generation once trained.

Account Management

  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed on project milestones and deliverables, while supporting communications during the bidding process.
  • Documentation & Legal: Prepare and distribute Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), following up for necessary signatures.
  • Relationship & Feedback: Facilitate feedback sessions and retrospectives, collect Google reviews, and coordinate client thank-you gifts. ...
