Role Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, driving retention and growth while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal standards. This role requires strong sales capability, excellent organisational skills, and a customer-first approach within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management

  • Manage and service a portfolio of Personal Lines clients.
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain high retention levels in line with agreed targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across product lines.
