Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop business plans and identify new opportunities through networking to build long-term client partnerships.
- Present products/services and design customized solutions to address client needs and improve workflow and productivity.
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales Coordinator and Project Manager to provide after-sales support, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and stay updated on industry trends and offerings.
- Plan priorities, manage schedules, and support project tracking to ensure smooth execution.
- Perform other related duties in support of departmental goals.
