Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop business plans and identify new opportunities through networking to build long-term client partnerships.
  3. Present products/services and design customized solutions to address client needs and improve workflow and productivity.
  4. Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and strong customer relationships.
  5. Coordinate with Sales Coordinator and Project Manager to provide after-sales support, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
  6. Maintain accurate sales records and stay updated on industry trends and offerings.
  7. Plan priorities, manage schedules, and support project tracking to ensure smooth execution.
  8. Perform other related duties in support of departmental goals.
