Job Description

  • Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging in team selling (at times)
  • Upgrade and upsell existing freemium or tiered customers through outbound Lead sales cycle including opportunity sourcing (prospecting), consultation, pricing, and contract negotiation through deal close
  • Engage existing users through outbound calls and emails Maintain pipelines and Salesforce, with an emphasis on heavy email and outbound calls Meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close
  • Prospect and identify accounts within campaign's base that are ready for consolidation, running complex sales situations and sales campaigns
