Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive with strong expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliance, and daily financial operations. The role requires accuracy, ownership, and the ability to work independently while supporting the finance team in maintaining smooth financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, including vendor reconciliation.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 GSTR-3B, etc. ) and manage GST reconciliations.
• Process TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and challan preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
