Account Executive Lead

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced performance marketing leader to build and lead our Account Executive function focused on Lead Generation advertisers. This role will own advertiser growth strategy, team leadership, and operational excellence across our rapidly expanding Performance Agency business.

As the Director/VP of Account Development, you will guide a team of Account Executives responsible for post-onboarding commercial ownership, campaign activation, optimization, and scaling. You will shape the team’s playbooks, partner cross-functionally to expand opportunities, and serve as an executive point of contact for strategic advertisers. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep performance marketing expertise with exceptional leadership and a strong commercial mindset.
