Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the accounting transactions.
• Oversee accounting functions, ensure compliance, and assist with financial planning and analysis.
• Preparing Fixed Assets schedule, bank reconciliation and other lists, if deemed as necessary.
• Monitoring cash flow and budget listing.
• Daily payment for suppliers or expense preparation.
• Finalizing the accounts.
• Liaising with auditors and government officers. Ensuring tax, audit, and regulatory transactions.

• To handle full set of accounts.

Requirements

• BA, BS in Account, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of related working experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and build strong partnerships.
