Responsible for Account management and development

Liaise between customers and cross-functional departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of services

Identify new potential customers, prospect, needs analysis, proposal and close

Developstrategic relationships with key role players and stakeholders

Ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved

Grade 12 / Matric

Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is highly advantageous

Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience or customer engagement gained within the Courier, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and CRM Software

Valid drivers and own reliable transport

Knowledge of business principles (i.e. financial, operational, customer experience)
