Job Context

Simpro is expanding its sales organisation and hiring multiple Account Executives to drive rapid growth across ANZ and global markets. This is a high-velocity new business role suited to sellers who operate with urgency, precision, and a strong command of their numbers.

Our average sales cycle is ~20 days, the majority of customers are <200 employees, and we also sell into large enterprise environments as well. We’re seeking Account Executives who excel at creating pipeline fast, converting pipeline fast, and consistently hitting or exceeding quota.

What You’ll Do

High-Velocity Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to close—moving quickly and intentionally through each stage.

  • Build, qualify, and convert a strong pipeline with discipline, accuracy, and urgency.
