Joining Lepaya’s Commercial Domain as an Account Executive in the Growth team, you will be responsible for new business development, specifically hunting for new logos aligned with our refined ICP (500 up to 5k FTE). Additionally, you will focus on expanding a selected number of existing accounts by identifying and pursuing upselling opportunities. In this capacity, you will collaborate with a Customer Success Manager, who handles renewals, to develop strategic proposals and solutions that align customer needs with Lepaya’s offerings.
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing—within a defined territory or segment.
