As an Account Executive, Group Benefits, you will take full ownership of a renewal book of business while delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to new business growth.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of group benefits clients, driving retention and long-term relationship growth

  • Lead the full renewal cycle: negotiate terms, prepare and present renewal options, and deliver quarterly performance updates

  • Prepare and submit Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze insurer quotes, negotiate final terms, and present strategic recommendations
