Job Description

Role:

Drive growth within existing GCC accounts in India by farming client relationships across BFSI, Healthcare, EMR, Retail, CPG, and Tech & Communications. Shape transformation and managed‑services opportunities, scale brownfield operations, and strengthen the footprint in established GCCs.


He/ She would Farm and grow allocated GCC accounts (metal and non‑metal) across multiple domains.

Identify and drive expansion opportunities, capability uplift, and managed‑services engagements.

Build strong relationships with GCC heads and functional leaders.

Collaborate with Global Account Executives, SMU teams, and GCC Solutions & Offerings groups to co‑create solutions.

Manage account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and ensure P&L accountability.

Lead large teams (100+ FTEs) to deliver transformation outcomes.
