Our client, one of Irelands top Insurance Brokers, is seeking to hire a talented Account Executive to join a dynamic team setting working on personal accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, driving retention, renewal conversion, and portfolio growth.
  • Execute renewals, mid-term alterations, and policy amendments with accuracy and commercial awareness.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across all product lines to maximise account value.
  • Negotiate effectively with insurers to secure optimal terms and outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain full and accurate documentation across all systems, ensuring audit-ready file management.
  • Liaise with claims teams and underwriters to support efficient resolution and service delivery.
