Role Overview
The Retail Account Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding wholesale accounts and strategic partnerships across the designated region to drive revenue growth. Working closely within Sales and Operations, s/he will execute market penetration strategies, establish a robust distribution network, and manage regional client relationships to meet or exceed regional sales and marketing objectives. S/he will be responsible for growing the regional wholesale and B2B business.
- Regional Market Expansion: Scouts, qualifies, and secures new high-value wholesale accounts, distributors, and corporate clients within the assigned region to expand the company’s market footprint.
- Account & Relationship Management: Maintains proactive contact with existing regional accounts to understand their purchase requirements, negotiate contracts, close deals, and maximize retention.
