We’re launching Factorial IT, a brand-new IT Management product, and we’re building the founding sales team that will take it from 0 to €5M ARR in the next two years.

Factorial IT will operate like a startup inside Factorial: its own roadmap, its own go-to-market strategy, and a team expected to grow from 0 to 20 people.

We’re looking for Account Executives DACH Market – Founding New Factorial IT Unit to help us shape the future of IT management.

The Role

As a Founding Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — for Factorial IT across the DACH region. You’ll speak with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders to understand how they manage their people, devices, and SaaS tools today, and show them how Factorial can unify it all in one platform.
