Scope of Work
Accounting & Finance:
Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
Issue invoices and billing to customers
Record supplier invoices and payments
Maintain monthly management accounts (P&L, basic reports)
Perform bank reconciliations
Assist in SST submission and audit prep (optional if experienced)
HR & Payroll:
Prepare monthly payroll calculations, EPF, SOCSO, PCB
Maintain HR records (attendance, leave tracking, employee files)
Draft employment letters, handle onboarding/offboarding
Support HR compliance with local regulations (e.g., LHDN, SOCSO)
Handle claims, annual leave, and basic HR policies
