We're seeking for somebody to help us convert qualified leads into signed leases — all from home.

What You'll Do

  • Call and follow up with prospects who have shown interest in our properties
  • Qualify leads based on budget, timing, and needs
  • Manage multiple conversations at different stages at the same time
  • Keep deal notes and follow-ups organized in the CRM
  • Handle objections, discuss lease terms, and close deals
  • Coordinate next steps once a lease is signed

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Comfortable managing your own pipeline and follow-ups
  • Experience working with a CRM (Monday, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) ...
