Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager. Responsible for: Building and maintaining customer relationships and growing business. Main Purpose


Responsibilities



  • Maintain and develop customer relationships.

  • Grow revenue by identifying new opportunities and adding services and products.

  • Identify new potential customers and stakeholders within the client account.

  • Day-to-day management and oversight of account activity; be the first point of contact for clients both new and existing.

  • Ensure that new and ongoing requests are handled within a suitable time frame.

  • Take control of key decisions in the account and communicate clearly to the business.

  • Manage the relationship with the client and Programme Manager during the implementation of the programme/project.

  • Ensure forecasted work is realised within expected time frames....
