RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct contract renewals with assigned clients and drive cross and upsell for existing accounts. Maintain excellent customer relationship and for new revenue opportunities. 
  • Develop a complete and interconnected understanding of customer's industry/business/markets/clusters. 
  • Expand customer network to identify new stakeholders within assigned clients. Partner with Strategic Analytics & Insights Team to provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Partner with Customer Success & Customer Service and other relevant teams to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs. 
  • Own overall RMS & SA&I target/quota for given portfolio. Take the initiative to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities. Secure healthy pipeline to reach to target, accurate forecasting and be responsible of cash Collection for their account portfolio.
